ASSOCIATE – Audit

Audit associates will assist senior associates and managers on various audit engagements. In the first year a new audit associate will become familiar with all areas of an audit from planning and fieldwork to completion. This gives associates a solid foundation as they work towards advancement to senior level. Audit associates will also work on other financial reporting engagements including compilations and reviews as well as involvement in our tax group during high-volume times. Associates should have good communication skills and be able to work efficiently through firm technology. This position occurs exclusively at client locations or in our offices. Associates should be CPA exam eligible and should be working toward obtaining their license. Experience level for this position is 0 – 2 years.

ASSOCIATE – Tax

Tax associates will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to tax preparation, tax planning, and tax compliance for businesses and individuals. In the first year a new tax associate will become familiar with preparation of all types of tax returns including those for individuals, trusts, corporate and pass-through entities, and non-profit organizations. This gives associates a solid foundation as they work towards advancement to senior level. Associates will work closely with clients and fellow staff to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, provide guidance on tax strategies, and assist with any tax-related issues. Associates should have good communication skills and be able to work efficiently through firm technology. This position occurs exclusively in our offices. Associates should be CPA exam eligible and should be working toward obtaining their license. Experience level for this position is 0 – 2 years.

SEASONAL – Tax Preparer

Seasonal tax preparers work during peak filing periods each year (February–April and/or August–October). Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of tax season experience. This position is primarily office-based and compensated on an hourly basis. Candidates must demonstrate strong experience preparing individual, trust, and/or business tax returns, along with excellent technological skills and comfort working in a fully paperless environment.

INTERN – Audit or Tax

Interns work during peak periods each year (February–April for Tax or June-August for Audit). These positions are office-based and compensated on an hourly basis. Candidates should be enrolled in a degree-seeking program in accounting and must demonstrate excellent communication and technological skills with comfort working in a fully paperless environment.
